What are your business hours?

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

We also offer on-site consultations on Saturdays and Sundays by appointment only, based on our team’s and the client’s availability.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Doral, Florida, and proudly serve clients in South Florida.

If your project is located outside these areas, feel free to contact us to discuss your location.

What materials do you work with?

We work with a wide variety of premium materials, including:

We also install Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) cabinets and other pre-manufactured cabinetry selected by our clients.

Do you provide design services?

Yes. Your initial design consultation is completely free. Our process includes:

  • On-site consultation
  • Measurements
  • Space evaluation
  • Custom design proposal
  • Detailed project estimate

After reviewing the proposal, you can decide whether you’d like to move forward with your project.

Is the initial consultation free?

Yes. The initial visit, measurements, and design proposal are provided at no cost.

How does the project process work?

Once your estimate is approved:

  1. A contract is signed by both parties.
  2. The contract includes all project specifications, materials, finishes, estimated timeline, and terms.
  3. Production begins according to the agreed schedule.

Our goal is to provide complete transparency throughout every stage of your project.

What are your payment terms?

Our standard payment schedule is:

  • 60% deposit upon signing the contract.
  • 20% due on the first day of installation.
  • 20% due upon project completion and final delivery.

Do you have a showroom?

At this time, we do not have a public showroom. However, we have an extensive portfolio of completed projects, and in some cases we can arrange visits to previously completed projects with our clients’ authorization.

We are also currently working on opening our own showroom.

Do you work on residential and commercial projects?

Yes. We design and build custom cabinetry and millwork for both residential and commercial spaces, including offices and retail environments.

Can you build fully custom furniture?

Absolutely. Every project is customized to meet each client’s space, functional needs, and design preferences. No two projects are exactly alike.

Do you install countertops?

Yes. We coordinate the installation of quartz, granite, and other countertop materials selected for your project.

How long does a project take?

Production and installation time depends on the size and complexity of the project. Most projects are completed within 3 to 4 weeks after the design has been approved.

Installation itself is typically completed in up to 7 days, depending on the scope of work.

Can you help me if I don’t know exactly what I want?

Absolutely. Our team will guide you through every step of the design process, helping you choose the best layout, materials, colors, hardware, and finishes based on your needs, style, and budget.

What makes Monaco Sweet Home different?

We create functional, elegant, and fully customized spaces designed around each client’s lifestyle. From design to manufacturing and installation, we provide personalized service, premium materials, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure exceptional results.

Do you offer financing?

Not at the moment. However, we accept cash, bank transfers, Zelle, debit cards, and all major credit cards.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We provide a one-year warranty covering the proper operation of cabinet hardware, hinges, drawer slides, and opening/closing systems.

The warranty does not cover countertop materials, wood products, normal wear and tear, moisture damage, accidents, misuse, or improper maintenance.

Do you work with architects and interior designers?

Yes. Our team includes experienced architects and interior designers who create personalized proposals tailored to your space and lifestyle. We carefully coordinate layouts, materials, finishes, and colors to ensure your cabinetry complements the overall design of your home.

What hardware brands do you use?

We primarily work with Blum and Salice, two of the industry’s leading brands known for their quality and durability. If you have a preferred hardware brand, we can also accommodate your request whenever possible.

Do I need permits for my remodeling project?

Permit requirements vary depending on the city and the scope of the project. Replacing existing cabinetry usually does not require permits.

However, projects involving structural modifications, plumbing, electrical work, or relocating utilities may require permits. While Monaco Sweet Home does not manage permit applications, we can recommend qualified professionals who do.

Do you remove existing cabinets or perform demolition?

No. Our specialty is custom cabinetry and millwork. We do not perform:

  • Demolition
  • Removal of existing cabinetry
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical work
  • Appliance installation

Once cabinetry and countertops have been installed, appliance installation is the homeowner’s responsibility. We can recommend licensed professionals if needed.

Why doesn’t Monaco Sweet Home provide complete remodeling services?

Our liability insurance covers carpentry and millwork only. Plumbing, electrical work, demolition, appliance installation, and structural modifications require separate licenses and insurance coverage. To protect both our clients and our company, we focus exclusively on the services covered under our professional liability.

How should I prepare my home before installation?

Very little preparation is required. Please note that your kitchen or work area will be unavailable during installation. Most installations are completed within seven days or less, depending on the project’s complexity.

Will I be able to see a 3D design before production?

Yes. Every custom project includes a professional 3D design/rendering before production begins. This allows you to review the layout, materials, finishes, and overall design before giving your final approval. Production begins only after the design has been approved.
